Peace to the tribe, welcome to the Holistic Hallway.

"Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it."

Many times we underestimate the power of visualization. Seeing something over and over embeds a mental imprint on our brains without us realizing it. When you see certain visuals, emotions associated with those visual experiences can be triggered. When manifesting it’s best to see the words associated with the feelings you wish to have, as well as the things you’re looking to manifest. Seeing is believing. If you can see it then you can achieve or acquire it. I wrote a blog about manifestation that can be found here.

What should I put on my board?

It’s completely up to you. There’s no right or wrong way to make a vision board. I would suggest printing out words associated with the feelings you’d like to experience. This in conjunction with the things you’d like to acquire, will yield results. I said for years I was going to get a certain car in a certain color. I had to start visualizing it, even test driving it in order for me to fully manifest it. You can print pictures and words to express how you want to feel and would like to manifest. The first 5 people to send me a picture of their completed vision board will receive an item that can be placed on their vision board or in their wallets. It's a thank you for reading my blogs and putting in the work. This item has been saged and I have also meditated over it and inserted the intentions of financial abundance for those who receive it. How often should I re-do it

There’s no time limit on when to re-do your vision board. You can add or take away from the board as you see fit. It’s your vision, and what you want to bring into your life. It’s best to go with the flow and make changes when you want to. Do it when it feels right.

What will I need?

Things you’ll need are a board(maybe a 24x24 board), glue, tape, or magazine clippings of the images you’d like to use to help your vision come to life. You can also use the internets’ favorite to search tool, “Google”. If you want to, get fun markers, stickers, or anything else you can think of to deck out your board. Just make sure it’s things you’d like to look at daily. You want to place this somewhere you’ll see it daily.

How to do it

Set the mood. Turn off all distractions, you can even meditate prior to placing things on your board. You can do this alone or with friends or your significate other making it a date night activity. If you don’t mind the feeling of closeness and want everything to touch and overlap the organization isn’t important. As for choosing what makes the final cut, lay everything out before you start gluing and pinning so you can get an idea of where you want everything. You don’t want to start gluing things that may change as soon as the glue dries.

Key takeaways

Our brains are very powerful tools when it comes to manifestation. Seeing things over and over can help you draw them closer into your life. Seeing is believing. Don’t think about anyone else's vision, it's for you alone. It’s based on what you want to bring into your life as well as the feelings associated with it. Take your time and enjoy it.
