Admitting to a friend or family member that you’re not ok is difficult for many of us. Feeling anything opposed to the daily “norm” of ok to some of us is a shameful feeling. Ways to get and stay Motivated

Knowing why you’re doing something will make it easier to fight those thoughts we get occasionally when things start to look a bit uncertain. Putting sticky notes on your mirror is a good way to give yourself daily reminders. Sometimes you need a visual representation of what you’re doing to better yourself and your circumstances.
